Millions of students are now excited getting ready for the first day of school, wearing their own respective school uniforms. But, lots of the students especially in the elementary level, find it hard to incorporate all the students in one classroom. This has been the problem at the beginning of classes each year, subjectively the public schools. This is why the Department of Education (or DepEd) launched "Oplan Balik Eskwela" Project, which aims to help and accommodate students and parents who have concerns regarding the opening of classes.
“The Oplan Balik Eskwela is a part of our commitment to EFA goals.
